SPP ANNEX (Synergy Parent Partnership) :

Effects of parental involvement have shown a consistent, positive relationship between parents' engagement in their children's education and student outcomes. When a partnership approach between parents and teachers is evident, children's work habits, attitudes about school and grades improve. The proper role of the parent is to provide encouragement, support, and access to activities that enable the child to master key developmental tasks. Synergy parent partnership (SPP) is a healthy and strong bonding between School and parents. In this program, we allow the parent to perform something they better in. Suppose someone's parent is a doctor or someone's parent is a good dancer so that they can show their excellence. Parents can be involved in the school community in whatever ways they can.
